Option Cards in Medal Masters are items equipped by heroes to give additional stats. Red Card: A card which increases offensive abilities, Blue Card: A card which improves skill abilities, and Gold Card: A card which increases defensive abilities. The Prism Card slot can be equipped with any type of card.

How To Get More Option Cards
   – Option Cards can be drawn from the Shop using Coins or Gems, or earned from Infinite Challenge (common) or Normal Battles (rare).    – Can also be obtained from in-game limited events, and more.

   – Note: The maximum reduction effect will be limited to 60% from leader buff or mana regen option cards.
